AGBL offers Vitrolife products for Preimplantation Genetic Testing. Vitrolife directly supports the PGT-A and PGT-M products, along with the associated software.

It provides solutions for Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) by using the EmbryoMap kit and Karyomapping using the Human Karyomap 12 Beadchip which provides a rapid solution for providing insight into inheritance of single gene disorders.Karyomapping uses biomarkers within the genome to assess the likelihood of an in vitro embryo carrying a gene variant involved in a single-gene disorder.

PGTA using EmbryoMap solution has been analytically validated for detection of whole- and sub-chromosomal imbalances with highly reproducible copy-number, using cell line reference material and embryo biopsy samples.Samples are prepared for sequencing using the EmbryoMap Sample Prep Kit, sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq Sequencing System and data analysis and reporting performed using eMap software
