The AGBL Technical Support team include both Field Application Specialists and Field Service Engineers, supported by SOPs to handle technical cases, designated geography-based support systems, Customer Support Officers and a comprehensive web-based Oracle Netsuite. AGBL also offers a variety of services and support contracts to its customers, including custom training tailored to the needs and requirements of our customers. The Technical Support team also works closely with manufacturers to extend terms comparable to those enjoyed by customers in manufacturers’ native geographies.
