AGBL offers a Conventional PCR System through Kyratec, an Australian biotechnology company specialized in designing and manufacturing innovative and effective equipments and reagents for the bioscience markets.

The Super Cycler Trinity is a high performance block cycling system configured and optimized for industry standard 200ul individual or strip tubes (domed or flat-capped) or 96-well plates (low or highskirt) with strip caps
or adhesive film seals. The Gradient model has the gradient PCR option available, while the Trinity model has 3 fully independent sets of peltiers. This unique block format allows you to optimize your reactions and run multiple
differently optimized reactions in a single run.

The Kyratec Systems come with a pressurised heated lid design to eliminate evaporation of reaction and a large vivid color touch screen display which allows for easy viewing of run monitoring and can be controlled with fingertips or a stylus.

The Trinity is available in three configurations:
Uniblock – single temperature zone
Gradient – up to 240 C thermal gradient across the blocks width (12 wells)
Triple zone – Three physically independent block providing multiple temperature areas with minimal thermal interface between the zones in standard 96-well plate format
