AGBL offers a complete range of Fluorescence Microarray Scanners that combine quality and reliability from Innopsys. The InnoScan® Microarray Scanner provides users with an open platform capable of scanning many standard slides including glass, plastic, coated and more. They provide uniform scanning of high, medium, and low density arrays including protein microarray.
The range of scanners offered by Innopsys includes:
- InnoScan 1100: A 3-color scanner having a resolution of 0.5 micron/pixel (500 nm/pixel), the InnoScan 1100 is capable of scanning all type of arrays, single-cell westerns and imaging cells and tissues.
- InnoScan 710: The fastest system on the market & is an ideal tool for routine microarray use including the PGS solution, 24sure and 24sure+ microarray scanning
- InnoScan 710 – IR: Ideal for protein microarray applications
- InnoScan 910: Ideal for routine high density microarray use
The scanners can be equipped with an autoloader and also come with the Mapix Software which is an image acquisition and quantification software for microarrays. The Innopsys scanners are compatible with a range of commercially available microarray slides from suppliers such as Agilent Technologies, Invitrogen, OGT, PerkinElmer etc.
Introducing InnoScan 1100
Three-color, ultra-high resolution fluorescence imager | Ideal for reading three-color microarrays
Combining ultra-high resolution and high-level automation, the InnoScan 1100 is perfect for fast, whole slide imaging. With three excitation wavelengths, it is ideal for reading cell microarrays as well as classic three-color microarrays.
Characterized by its ease of use, performance and versatility, the InnoScan 1100 is the ideal tool for cell microarrays as well as three color microarrays.
High quality images:
With a resolution of up to 0.5µm/pixel or a 20x objective equivalent, the InnoScan 1100 is the highest resolution microarray scanner on the market. This combined with a real time autofocus system and confocal PMT detection, the InnoScan 1100 provides high-quality images for detailed analysis of your microarrays.
In association with the image acquisition and analysis software Mapix, the InnoScan 1100 scanners fully automise the scan an analysis of very high density arrays
Multiplexed whole slide imaging:
The InnoScan 1100 is capable of scanning any microscope slide with various substrates: cells, tissue, proteins, DNA, glycans, peptides and others. Equipped with three excitation channels, it empowers users with more multiplexing capabilities, thus allowing the analysis of several samples or markers on the same slide.
