Dr. Yusuf Murgha, Application Scientist, will be representing AGBL at this event by giving a talk on “Routine genetic testing for cancer predisposition, diagnostics & monitoring therapeutics”

Speaker: Dr. Yusuf Murgha
Dr. Yusuf Murgha had done his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan, USA. He specialized in developing methods to add value to microarray oligonucleotides pools. He later went on to join companies such as MYcroarray where he lead the development of oligonucleotide pools for cytogenetic assays and DNA oligonucleotide synthesis. In 2015, he joined Genotypic, India as
the NGS wet lab manager where he gained extensive experience in all aspect of lab management. Dr. Murgha has experience running an NGS core service lab offering multiple DNA and RNA applications on Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms. He has 4 methods publications for the development of NGS reagent kits.
